The NFL has made some significant rule changes for this upcoming year. First, the kickoffs that you all know and hate are no more. The NFL has adopted a version of the XFL’s kickoff to encourage kick returns while maintaining player safety. Also, the controversial hip-drop tackle is banned, again for player safety.
