FOOTBALL

The Denver Broncos have cut Russell Wilson and will absorb the largest dead cap hit at $85 million.

HOCKEY

Fighting is so back. NY Ranger’s rookie, Matt Rempe, is racking up the penalty minutes and fighting his way to stardom. The 21-year old has 39 penalty minutes in 8 games played.

The NHL trade deadline is today at 3pm ET, headlined by Carolina Hurricanes acquiring Jake Guentzel from the Pittsburgh Penguins.
