The Denver Nuggets beat the LA Lakers 4-1 to take the series. Oklahoma City Thunder sweep the New Orleans Pelicans 4-0. Boston Celtics beat the Miami Heat 4-1 to win the series. Indiana Pacers win their series against the Milwaukee Bucks 4-2. The NY Knicks beat the Philadelphia 76ers in 6 games 4-2. Cleveland Cavaliers lead the Orlando Magic 3-2 heading into tonight’s game in Orlando. Dallas Mavericks lead the LA Clippers 3-2 for Game 6 tonight in Dallas.

For second round play, Minnesota Timberwolves take on the defending champions, Denver Nuggets in Game 1 on Saturday.

NHL Playoffs

The Carolina Hurricanes swamp the NY Islanders to take the series 4-1. The Colorado Avalanche beat the Winnipeg Jets 4-1. The Florida Panthers stuff the Tampa Lightning to win the series 4-1. The Edmonton Oilers win their series against the LA Kings 4-1. Dallas Stars take Game 5 against the Vegas Golden Knights to go up 3-2 in the series. Vancouver Canucks lead the Nashville Predators 3-2 as they head into Nashville for Game 6 tonight. Toronto Maple Leafs stun the Boston Bruins and tie the series 3-3 with a Game 7 in Boston on Saturday.

For the second round, The Carolina Hurricanes and NY Rangers series kicks off on Sunday.
