This weekend’s sports news and what to watch this week

GOLF

Jake Knapp secures his first PGA Tour victory at the Mexico Open. Not a dominant performance but it was enough to hold on to a 2-stroke victory.

NBA

Jokic continues to amaze. He is the second player, along with Wilt Chamberlain, to have at least 80 points, 50 rebounds and 45 assists in a three-game span.

COLLEGE BASKETBALL

Duke player, Kyle Filipowski, was injured while the crowd stormed the court after Wake Forest upset Duke. The recent incident is sparking debate again about the danger of court-storming to players and coaches.

MLB

The talk of Spring Training thus far has been the uniforms. The new uniform contract between the MLB, Nike and Fanatics has been under criticism from day one. It started with the lettering on the jerseys and now continues with see-through pants.

MLS

Lionel Messi and Jordi Alba combine for a 92nd-minute equalizer goal versus LA Galaxy.
